Arena Calendar & Booking Policy

Public riding is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless the arena has been reserved for a private booking.

Public Riding

• Open to members at all times when no private booking is scheduled.

• Riding lessons may take place during public riding hours.

• Riders must share the arena respectfully during public use.

Private Arena Bookings

• Members may book up to four (4) hours of private arena time per month. Additional time can be booked by members at a fee of $20 per hour. Bookings must be made 48 hours in advance.

• Private bookings provide exclusive use of the arena during the reserved time.

• Private events, clinics, or group bookings may not be scheduled during public riding time unless approved by the Vilna & District Agricultural Society.

Calendar Use

• All private bookings must be scheduled in advance using the arena calendar.

• Members are responsible for checking the calendar before riding to ensure no private booking is scheduled.

Failure to follow booking rules may result in loss of booking privileges.
